Technical documentation, available 24/7. Quick-start guides, integration manuals and API examples. All in one place.
ACRIOS wiki responds to the real-world needs of technicians, integrators and project partners who want a dependable, self-service knowledge base, whether they work in the field, from the office, or during development.
What is a ACRIOS wiki, exactly?
A centralised, technical encyclopaedia. It contains detailed information about our products, from quick start instructions to API syntax and integration options. And why to use a wiki instead of traditional manuals?
- One centralised source of truth
- Public and accessible online from anywhere
- Always up to date (unlike printed PDFs)
- Frees up customer support for more complex queries
What can you find on the ACRIOS Wiki?
The main purpose of our wiki is to provide public access to the most current documentation for our converters. You can either browse product by product, or navigate directly by category. The main sections are:
Products
- Overview of all converter models. You can filter them by metering protocol (M-Bus, wM-Bus, Modbus, Pulse) or communication type (LoRaWAN, NB-IoT). Each product page includes links to its data sheet, installation guide, API and integration support.
Quick Start Guides
- Step-by-step installation instructions for on-site setup. Includes wiring diagrams, component layout, and initial configuration steps like uploading or adjusting scripts. Designed for both beginners and experienced field technicians.
Integration Manuals
- In-depth articles focused on practical use cases: platform integration, remote configuration, protocol conversion (e.g. M-Bus to wM-Bus), and more. Structured by communication protocol for quick access.
Configuration API
- Documentation for Lua-based scripting used in ACRIOS converters. You'll find commands, examples and usage notes to build or customise scripts for specific needs.
Tools
- Supporting tools and web-based apps, including GUI instructions, telegram parsers, consumption calculators and diagnostic helpers. Designed to reduce dependency on direct support.
ACRIOS also have a YouTube channel
Did you know we maintain a YouTube channel? It features setup guides, tutorials and product demonstrations. Videos are subtitled in English and support auto-translation for international teams.
With the ACRIOS Wiki, you won’t get lost. Our wiki is constantly being improved and updated, reflecting both customer feedback and new product developments. For now, it's only available in English, but we believe it's already a valuable resource for anyone working with ACRIOS converters.
